Lots of cake So I bought this foundation because of all the rave reviews online and from some makeup influencers really with the goal of looking for a full coverage foundation…. Love the original formula, cannot get this to work I have purchased several bottles of the original formula and used it as my go to full coverage for a few years. Over the last two years, we’ve learned so much and we’ve been able to dive even deeper into complexion. Hi my loves, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to find your perfect foundation shade, so we have created the ultimate guide for you.Coverage The coverage is definitely FULL; I initially thought that a beauty sponge would help sheer out the foundation to a less plasticky/full coverage (which it did) but then I found myself looking very dewy, almost sweaty skinned, so I tried with a standard foundation brush instead using the tiniest amount which gave enough coverage to hide my freckles/imperfections but without looking too heavy. We have taken into consideration all feedback from our consumers and modernized the formula so this new and improved version now comes with 9 New Shades, it has more flexible wear, it is non-comedogenic and we have removed the fragrance.

I also thought that my shade was Tres Leches, since it's the most olive shade, and also most beautiful shade :'). I generally find with any product that has even the slightest matte finish does dry down darker usually (liquid lipsticks too for instance).It definitely looked "flawless" from far but up close I felt very conscious of it looking too heavy still. No creasing in my new wrinkles, played great with my serums and moisturizer and primer and a light dusting of setting powder. I found that buffing it out with a buffing brush makes the shades dry less dark and of course using a lighter concealer as I usually do. I've used a moist beauty blender and a good quality foundation brush and still---OFF IT GOES after a few hours of wear.

Drys too fast and makes my skin flaws stand out more (Not just my skins fault my other two foundations I use right now don’t dry me out this bad and I haven’t had this issue before). Offering a seamless, full-coverage matte finish that outlasts any others we†ve tried, this (frankly fabulous) formula will last through even the wildest of weather, workouts or emotional outbursts (though we hope it won†t have to).They remind me of the Urban Decay Naked Concealers in thickness and drying progressively darker the longer it stays on thick. Wear it alone for full coverage, or blend it together with the Huda Beauty Complexion Perfection Pre-Makeup Base primer (sold separately) for an even more natural finish. My skin For this swatch session, my skin was just slightly shinier/oilier around my t-zone area, especially my nose as you can see in the befores. The best way for me was using a buffing brush as it wasn't tooo heavy looking which is my preference.
