As Joy (Amy Poehler) attempts to keep Riley feeling happy and positive about the move, other emotions like Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith) make the transition a bit more complicated. I had to tick it did not arrive on time, to be honest, but it was only one day later than advertised and I am not bothered about that, plus that's PO' fault!

It may not be an original idea (see Numbskulls), but it was certainly a clever concept that offered lots of opportunity for Pixar to work their usual magic, except this time they didn't. I found the character of Sadness a real drag, to the point that she dominated the film and brought it down.If you want to see where this presentation truly excels, it's in the hair and fuzz on the emotion characters.

Also funny when we see inside the heads of other people (and even a dog and a cat over the ending credits so make sure you watch them).

It'd be interested to see the film remade with a boy main character actually - as it does get a bit girly at times here, though not oppressively so. It allows them to purchase eligible items at a 0% VAT rate, thus reducing the cost of these essential items.My daughter who is 3 wanted to go home half way through(she loved The Minnions movie) Most of the Pixar movies are enjoyable for adults as well as kids but this seems to miss both audiences.
